As you can imagine, very frustrated and really disappointed.

Cost - Very fortunate to have a chance to use this software to address COVID scheduling needs. Analytics - Shift/hour counts very helpful for equal distribution of shifts.

Poor communication, hard to quickly communicate with others.

I love how easy it is to pick up a shift, just click a button and its done. I have been the scheduler for other hospitals/programs for many years.

I dislike the numerous emails I receive every time there is a change but realize this is necessary to remain informed.

We moved from Kronos and love the cost reduction and ease of use.

No way to face an empty seat in the organisation.

I love that it's easy to use and you can request custom features and the support team works on the changes with you the best that they can.

Software transitions are ugly no matter what software you use.

The product is excellent, well structured and easy to use. This was evidenced by their ability to incorporate our specific requirements that were essential for us to abide by California guidelines.

They have an implementation approach that was not made clear in the beginning and as a result expectations were not managed well and led to a level of frustration from the client side.

The ability to expand without excessive costs related to fees for everything as so many software companies do. Customer service is top notch and extremely fast as well as friendly.

Once they know you have an issue they seeming stop their world to get your back in order.
