MachShip vs Gama: Which is a better fit?

I like the possibility to self maintain the settings and workflows. The integration was very easy and the ability to talk through API is an awesome feature.

As we now have invoice reconciliation in the system, which cuts down the manual work load that I have to do.

From creating consignments to reconciling invoices, our entire logistics process is made simple. Customer service is great and team is helpful in resolving issues.

No international consignments. I believe this is being worked on currently.

Full control over the backend administration functions including users, carriers, companies and rates. Software support is outstanding.

The only negative I have been able to find is that I've found the MachShip tracking can be a little delayed compared to the tracking from the official freight carrier.

Best feature is the simplicity of creating and booking consignments, once set up the pallet dimensions are easily accessed for simple consignment creation.

There are not a lot about this system I don't like.

I had the pleasure of working with GAMA on a recent project, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their coding skills are exceptional, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technology stack.

There is really nothing at this time I dislike.

Ease of use, ability to integrate via API, ease of customization, customized app for our clients.

Gama is still relatively software. It hasn't been around for decades like some of the archaic competitors that all employees seem to hate.
