It does not have much interactivity, only surveys and the odd quickfire question which are all multiple.

The training lead on from the basics to a full spectrum of the desired knowledge in a logical and straight forward manner. The customer support was outstanding, and responded to me very quickly.

People should no how much its going to be at the start I still don't no.

I love how easy it was to set up courses for our learners and the reporting and tracking feature was excellent.

Video cannot be back tracked to hear again, it has to be started from the beginning. Extra time if you miss here 15 sec's from the end.

Overall experience has been fantastic; we have expanded our use of iHasco year on year because of the quality of training content, ease of access and value for money.

Wonder if the Duluth Power & Control Wheel might help learners identify specific behaviours/examples of perpetrators' of abuse.
