QAD Redzone vs SafetyChain: Which is a better fit?

The experiences have always been positive and the investments have had valuable returns. The part of Redzone I enjoy the most is that they partner with you to ensure you have success.

It appears not many Redzone customers have to use cycle locations so there is very little cycle location development and improvements by the Redzone team. This has been frustrating.

We like the fact that admin app from redzone is very easy to use and highly customisable, The on site coach is coaching experience is very good and effective.

The SPC module is difficult to use effectively and the Compliance module's inability to enforce checks to be completed has been a concern.

The software's ability to be custom tailored to fit an existing procedure is great and very simple to do. The app is very user friendly and easy to teach.

Broad communication was limited to a preset structure (i.e. leaderboard).

We have had some amazing coaches teach us through the process. The coaches work one on one and in group settings to help everyone gain a comfort level using the applications.

We can use the data mining tool within the IOS, but it is not as easily translated to our standard platform.

My overall experience with Safety Chain has been awesome. I love it and hope to see more improvement and capabilities with safety chain at the plant level.

The instances when the system has errors, no description of error until seeking assistance from customer service.

Very positive and our company has improved and become more technologically advance as a result. The partnership with SafetyChain is of the utmost importance and continually expanding.

Performance is sometimes slow or throws an error.

We have identified multiple cost savings opportunities and were able to resolve the issues and save a lot of money. We are also able to monitor dashboards to ensure the process stays in control.

Add/removing fields is very difficult without background configuration.

My experience is being pleasant, and I enjoyed the full implementation of Safety Chain across all the departments, seeing how everyone discovered its potential.

I still haven’t received a formal introduction to cases. Also, sing-offs versus verifications is hard to explain the differences to upper management.
