Having the ability to have all of the different modules necessary in one cloud based platform is great. The best part of CareStack is the support team behind it.
I am struggling to provide the same service to my employer as I was before onboarding CareStack.
The team you have that is so willing to listen and help improve this software to make the end user experience better and better.
Sometimes there are too many ways to do the same thing. This can make the initial onboarding a bit more confusing.
I LOVE the ease of using carestack. The features that I enjoy the most are operational reporting and now Enterprise.
Setup and their patient portal is difficult to get into.

The online training was amazing and the software is so intuitive, we felt like pros within a few days. DentiMax is comprehensive, robust, and meets the needs of our practice.
Closing the program causes a bunch of error messages to appear on screen that you must close individually or kill using the task manager. This happens 98% of the time you close the program.
I love the simplicity of the software very user friendly. I've used this software for over eight years and have had the best experience with the Dentimax software and team, from sales to training.
Overall, there is very little that I have to complain about our software. Once in a while our server is on the slow side, but not sure if that has to do with our internet or the software itself.
I have taken the course instruction-remote instruction-and I have had very good success with it. Every one at DentiMax is very friendly and always willing to help and see that you succeed.
This eventually causes a problem where support has to go to the DentiMax server and clean up "dead" connections.
I would recommend anyone to utilize this software for help their practice run effectively and efficiently to have a daily workflow ease.
I don't know if they were having an off day or not but if so they should not work that day because they can make the days of the people they talk to upset.
