We are pleased that what we thought we were buying is what we ended up with as our end product. Overall we are very pleased.
Limited functionality in automation and encountered glitches when deploying auto-email notifications.
Overall, a great experience with Visual Planning. From implementation, to customization, training, support - it's all great and the platform helps us run much more efficiently than we were previously.
While it is a good thing, so an outsider/average user it can be confusing or intimidating.
Visual Planning is a perfect project management platform which helps to improve collaboration.
Initial setup and customization require a bit of time and effort which can be a hurdle for small businesses or teams with limited resources.
I like the flexibility, the level of customization, and the amazing customer service.
It isn't a 2 minute setup, which won't work too well for small businesses, as it front loads some of the costs.
There are also some nice mechanisms for feedback/encouragement through the ability to "like" coworkers items.
The search function is crucial, but more often than not results in a red screen that says simply, "An error has occurred. We're sorry. An error has taken place while trying to respond to your request.
It's easy to use, and I love the Slack integration that allows me to easily post what I've accomplished within Slack. The email feature and the reminders you can set are also great.
The email digests automatically stop if not opened after a period of a few days. This is inconvenient when taking an extended vacation or stepping away from email for a bit.
This is a great modern way of tracking our team's progress in tasks & projects. Great productivity tool and affordable pricing.
Worst user experience ever - They steal your data.
I have the personal version and I like that I can see that I actually accomplished something in a day. And if I need to check back on when I did something, the search feature is a great help.
Default for adding a new item is "done" and not "to to. The reminder emails get annoying real fast and should be combined into 1.
