Equifax vs Rivial Data Security: Which is a better fit?

What I like to most about the software is easy to use and understand also ability to review document is easy.

We did struggle a little bit with integration with other software. Otherwise no other real problems or dislikes.

I like how user friendly Equifax is for people to use. It is pretty clear when trying to read your credit report and if there are any issues its handled quickly.

Sometimes it can be hard to find different things on the website, especially if you are trying to find things on your report.

I like the fact that you are able to monitor your credit report in order to make sure that there has been no fraudulent activity bern taking place.

It feels slow when inputting the data, the system is old school but it works. The back end was annoying to set up.

Being able to assist patients in getting the finance they want and need for dental care can be quite fulfilling.

The thing I like least is the fact that it it a pain in the backside to set up. One has to have a ton of patience in the set up process.

I sometimes struggle with the platform, but a simple call to the staff of RDS always works out those bugs and it is usually because I was doing something incorrectly, not them.

Cybersecurity and IS&T can be really scary, but now when you have RDS on your side. They know how to interact with every level of IS&T employee; from the beginner to the expert.

The Rivial Security team deserves a special mention as they remain responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you succeed.

However, we recognize that this may not be entirely Rivial's fault, as it seems to be more related to the inherently complex nature of GRC.
