Rightsline vs IAMIP Platform: Which is a better fit?

The software is easy to use, flexible and reliable. The stable of the software is very important.

The reporting tool is hard to use when trying to build complex reports. The new UX annoyingly has lots of little functional bugs we'd have expected to see caught in testing.

However, the support has been getting better and better. It is very important especially the software is configured/used differently by each customer.

It is confusion sometimes. As there have more devices with smaller screens, thinking about business users use iPad, it is harder to access/update data.

There's a tremendous amount of control to fit this software to the way we do our business and the Rightsline team have been outstanding in helping us to build out our vision.

Being able to search by name or project is the most convenient feature of RIghtsline. He tabs at the top that allow you to see all the associations with the project are extremely useful.

Search engine is very powerful and it is easy to find needed information, monitoring with information about new publications is extremly helpful.

There is no read aloud function. This makes it difficult or impossible for people with reading difficulties or even visually impaired people to use this platform.

Very user friendly and good value compared to similar programs.

Lack of documentations, not found special things.

From the casual user to the professional, all wishes are fulfilled. Also, the further development is given and so it will be easier to use.

The search engine can be difficult to use if you are not 100% of what you are looking for.

Very nice, different research methods; monitoring is easy to use; analysis tool is sufficient (most of the time); support is exceptional.

Limited search results while looking for specific objects and work.
