It's always been easy to use and collaborate with team members. This is a great feature so team mates can also pitch in when necessary.

Pros

Super easy and quick to use. You can easily duplicate a form in seconds and republish immediately. This saves time when you're repeating an annual task.

Cons

Less flexibility with asthetics. I wish you could be a little more creative with the forms, but ultimatley it serves its purpose.

My overall experience with Google Forms has been very positive. It’s a simple, reliable, and efficient tool for collecting information, whether for surveys, registrations, feedback, or internal data gathering. While it lacks advanced customization and in‑depth analytics compared to specialized survey platforms, Google Forms excels at what it’s designed for: fast, straightforward data collection with minimal setup. My boss recommended Google Forms to me because what I had been currently using was causing me more issues than helping and Google has been a lifesaver!! Saves me so much more time and work on my end.

Pros

The ease of use. The simplicity of entering in the data from my documents. The process and workflow automation is top notch. I truly couldn’t believe how excellent the customer service was! They reach out to you immediately with any additional help you may need and it is absolute value for money! Couldn’t ask for better pricing and more accessible survey design features. So many options to choose from!

Cons

I have yet to run into any issues with Google Forms which has been a blessing because I don’t have much down time to make any corrections and Google is always happy to assist with my forms!

Forms has made life easy! I can send surveys out to staff members and potential clients quickly and get the results emailed to me quickly

I dont have anything to complain about with this product! I think that they could introduce new design elements to make the forms more fun and exciting

A great experience, have never required customer support but there seems a lot of articles on the usual FAQs.

Pros

I love that you can tailor the questions and that it pre-empts the best format for your questions/answers ie multiple choice, short answer etc. Have used it internally for staff preferences on office related matters and it is very handy and user-friendly. It is relatively easy to use and collects data in a way that is easily presented either by individual answers or as a reflection of all answers in graph form etc. Hugely helpful to progress workflow and feedback on matters alike.

Cons

It would be great if you could sign in and access the google forms app for free and without limited response refresh times.

Overall, my experience with Google Forms has been positive. It’s a reliable and efficient tool for collecting and organizing information quickly. While it may not have all the advanced features of more specialized software, it gets the job done well for everyday use and basic automation needs

Pros

Google Forms is very easy to use and quick to set up, even for someone without technical experience. It integrates well with Google Sheets, which makes tracking and organizing data simple. I like that it’s accessible from anywhere and allows for fast data collection, especially for leads, surveys, and internal workflows.

Cons

Limited customization and design options. Advanced features and automation are not as strong compared to other survey platforms. Reporting and analytics could be a lot more detailed.

Pros

I love using google forms for surveys for work, school, and personal reasons. I love that it is easy to process and the workflow is nearly automatic. There are so many features to cater to almost any required workload. I love that it automatically populates the data and it allows you to completely customize the design.

Cons

There isn't anything that I don't like about google forms. It has always worked very well for me and never had issues.

I love how you can customize these forms and get everything in one place.Once people respond to, it makes it very easy to collect data

Cons

I wish you were able to change the actual background of it and if it was an option to put like a mini calendar in the form.So that people can select dates.That they're available for that would have been very helpful for me.Collecting availability, aside from that, I think it looks really well

Overall, Forms gives you a lot of value for a free product. You can accomplish a lot with the simple features of the service.

Pros

Google forms is free, so inherently the value is really high because you can do a lot with it. Survey design is very simple and has many capabilities that you will most frequently use.

Cons

Forms is pretty basic for survey design, especially compared to its competitors such as Qualtrics. A few more customizability options would be helpful. Having all surveys go to a separate google sheet rather than being able to tell the data where you want it to go has been frustrating as well.

Pros

I like that I can easily collect data and make it into graphs. This allows me to be able to create the data and present the results in a way that everyone can understand, while still making answers anonymous.

Cons

Funnily enough, the pro is in a way the same as the con. I love the basic data summary, but if I want more detail, I need to export it into something else like excel, or Google Sheets, which can be really tedious
