Jose: So my name is Jose. I'm an inside salesman for a pretty small company. It's about three employees, two outside salesmen that just work 1099. And I would give a rating of five to Microsoft Excel, especially as a student. Okay. I use Microsoft Excel to keep track of long list of certain items at work. But on a personal level, I also use it to markup graphs and then keep track of data and then be able to analyze the data in certain ways. The thing I like most about Microsoft is the macros. You can run certain... To make schedules to basically highlight specific data in the data set, and then you could basically mark it up different colors. So let's say you're making a work schedule for different people, it tells you what's available, who's not available, and stuff like that. I think the only thing I really dislike in Microsoft Excel is initially it's pretty hard to get used to all the commands and stuff because, really, you kind of have to figure it on yourself. I mean, you could go through YouTube and stuff like that, but it is a pretty in-depth software, so you kind of have to know what you're doing. And then sometimes if you don't know what you're doing, you can mess up an entire data set and you're trying to figure out what went wrong and stuff like that.
