This software has great features when it comes to managing, reviewing and correcting data from extracted tables. The various automated features allow to save time and ensure quality result.
It's almost emotional to realize you spent 20-30 minutes fussing over why your formula is reporting an error or the ever annoying "N/A" due to a missed comma or closing bracket.
Graphs, bar charts are very good features of this software. Ease of use and good support on line.was seamless integration with in our digital process and procedure.
In the same way, I believe that it is a lesser evil and that as far as Excel is concerned it is not the main functionality.
What I love about this software is the ease of use. I love how simple it is to create spreadsheets for my clients that showcase various builds and a list of parts and the total cost with tax.
I struggled to do use the different settings. I had trouble with printing everything correctly but it was mostly user error.
Thanks to the application, I save a significant amount of time while doing my work in the working environment. Thanks to this application at work, I can do many things.
1 year later, I found out I had to pay year after year. I was very disappointed that I had been deceived.
On top of that, whenever I've reached out to the customer service team they've been super response and helpful, plus friendly as well. Even as a free user, the response was just outstanding.
Sometimes the notepad is slow to load or there's a delay in notes being typed in.
I love the ease of use and the fact that everything is laid out in such a clean and minimal layout.
The only thing I could imagine as a downside would be the occasional disconnection between SFDC and Scratchpad.
The team is great and very helpful with onboarding, support and best practices.
The only thing I miss is O365 calendar integration.
It lets me keep my opportunities up to date, run easy reports and make my life better as a sales rep. I'm happy we decided to invest in it.
The only thing that makes Scratchpad difficult is sometimes we have custom fields that need to be updated according to our specific org and they can be a little tricky to manage at times.
Jose: So my name is Jose. I'm an inside salesman for a pretty small company. It's about three employees, two outside salesmen that just work 1099. And I would give a rating of five to Microsoft Excel, especially as a student. Okay. I use Microsoft Excel to keep track of long list of certain items at work. But on a personal level, I also use it to markup graphs and then keep track of data and then be able to analyze the data in certain ways. The thing I like most about Microsoft is the macros. You can run certain... To make schedules to basically highlight specific data in the data set, and then you could basically mark it up different colors. So let's say you're making a work schedule for different people, it tells you what's available, who's not available, and stuff like that. I think the only thing I really dislike in Microsoft Excel is initially it's pretty hard to get used to all the commands and stuff because, really, you kind of have to figure it on yourself. I mean, you could go through YouTube and stuff like that, but it is a pretty in-depth software, so you kind of have to know what you're doing. And then sometimes if you don't know what you're doing, you can mess up an entire data set and you're trying to figure out what went wrong and stuff like that.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
