In our case, we use it as a main operational dashboard to track accessories and monitor real-time movement of units, which helps a lot with visibility and decision-making. The integration with Microsoft tools like Excel and Teams is also a big advantage. Cons The learning curve can be challenging, especially when working with DAX formulas or complex data models. Performance can slow down with large datasets, and sharing reports sometimes requires additional licensing. Pros My company recently started using Power BI to manage the reports we use. Overall it has a friendly, easy to use and view interface. It makes pulling up and exporting reports quick and easy. I also love that everything can now be accessed from my mobile device as well. Cons I have yet to encounter any real cons when using Microsoft Power BI. There was originally an issue with the reports updating but I believe that stemmed from my company and if anything it was quickly resolved.
