RSVPify is an end-to-event event management platform serving thousands of mid-size businesses and non-profits and over 30% of the Fortune 500.
From creators to consultants, educators to global brands - over 10,000 choose HeySummit as their trusted platform for extraordinary events.
I was a fan of easy they made the website and functionality of it. The customer support was awesome.
We paid for the extra QR code function, but when it came time to scan the QR codes at the event, the functionality was HORRIBLE.
The seating chart capability - it’s really awesome for larger events. The user friendly backend for my team members that aren’t super tech savvy.
The only complaint would be with setting up email invitations. We sent multiple batches of emails and they all had the same email title, making them harder to find.
It was so easy to set up and use and allowed me to set-up professional virtual events in a flash. Was absolutely thrilled with this product and would highly recommend it.
Instead of deleting an individual, we were forced to delete the whole party and have guests resubmit their RSVP's.
I especially liked the ability to have our guests choose their meal selection in the RSVP. The reporting is Amazing and made it super easy to get the information I needed to our venue event planner.
The Settings are hard to figure out when setting up an event. I don't like that even after an event passes you can't set up another event without deleting an old one.
This is wonderful software to easily and quickly set up online summits. It gives options to have preregistration, notifications, etc. it is great to have everything all in one.
Dependency on an external webinar engine was a weakness as the engine I had to use was LiveWebinar and there were integration problems with this.
The attendees were happy with the quality of the events, and I received a lot of positive feedback.
I needed to run a virtual summit and although HeySummit is no a simple tool it made this possible. I don't think running a virtual summit is simple though.
I use Heysummit for hosting my online webinars. I have the professional plan and I'm really happy with all these amazing features it provides.
Some of the email templates have frozen items that just don't apply to our event. Also, can't send any custom emails, no matter how simple.
It has been a great experience working with HeySummit team, fantastic support.
I really can't find something that I don't like about Heysummit right now. It does what it says and it's very user-friendly.
Elizabeth: My name is Elizabeth. I am the CEO and founder of Dear Eliza, and I give RSVPify four out of five. In the past, for different events, I've used things like just direct email and paperless posts, but for this event, I wanted something that actually had better tracking and a more personalized touch. RSVPify had quite a few great reviews. I took a look at the website and everything seemed really clear to understand, but the biggest thing that really made me go with them was the QR code. I wanted to include a QR code on our printed invitations so that people could just scan it and find out the event details immediately. It was a pretty easy learning curve. When I joined, it maybe took a little bit of time to kind of figure out all the functionality because there are quite a few options, which is great. But for someone who just needed something really simple, I think that I was a little confused at first. But yeah, with some time and just reading a little bit more, I was able to figure it out. I think anyone that's looking to use RSVPify I would recommend going with probably a paid plan because you get the most functionality like the QR code, which is really why I chose that platform, and I think that that really stood out for my guests. A few of them mentioned it, how cool they thought having the QR code was. I would also say if you're looking for a elaborate invitation, probably not the best bet for you. The templates that they offer are pretty simple, but that's fine, and you are able to brand them. So it's kind of like what you're looking for. If you're looking for quick functionality and being able to track people and follow up with event reminders, great. But if you're looking for a beautiful invitation, it's probably not for you.
Peter W.: Hey. I'm Peter and I'm a principal solutions architect who works with customers and partners to understand, enable and acquisition technology. And I give HeySummit a score of five out of five. So before using HeySummit, I was using other webinar platforms that didn't have the same degree of capability to run a summit event. So I was using Zoom or LiveWebinar, other tools like that. And HeySummit made a massive difference to help me run live events and recorded events for my customers and my partners for minimal effort and energy and confusion for me and for them. Why did I choose HeySummit over all of the other options out there? Well I actually am a fan of supporting new developing platforms and through one of the programs that I'm involved in, I came across HeySummit. It wasn't something I had searched for, but the answer was glaringly there in front of me. So I joined HeySummit and since then have enjoyed the benefits and the value of using that platform compared to what I was trying before. To start with, I had to learn to rethink what a summit was and how to run it because I hadn't had a platform like HeySummit to deliver that. So initially I found it a little bit confusing only because I didn't understand how it worked and what could be achieved. But welcome to technology. That's frequently the case, right? And humans, we need to understand, relearn and reenable ourselves. And once I had some basic understanding of HeySummit, I was flying around and it made delivering my summit so much easier. Just some ideas for you if you are starting to use HeySummit or thinking about using HeySummit. Make sure you choose a good engine to sit behind it that is able to do multiple sessions. I chose LiveWebinar, which is a good platform to use with HeySummit. My challenge came with LiveWebinar becoming unable to back to book sessions. So the LiveWebinar platform meant I had to put delays between my sessions. So I'd suggest that whatever webinar engine you choose, make sure if you want to go back to back sessions, you have more than one live webinar session you can run at that time. It's a bit of a gotcha. It just created some agenda timetable hassles for my attendees. They never knew, but it would've made my life a whole lot easier.
