Endpoint management for enterprise environment.
PRTG Enterprise Monitor is suited for large monitoring setups and IT infrastructures. It's ideal for distributed or heavily segmented environments. It's highly scalable for future expansions.
The ease of management and ability to oversee multiple locations, on top of a plethora of features any SMB would need has made me happy in my continued use of their products.
Then decrease the license count. There is zero flexibility here, and the vendor was borderline indignant when it was pointed out how this is a problem in the real world.
I love the tool, with out it the people I help would need to call extra help from local tech, but with the tool I can help them from overseas and they can save money and resources.
The lack of integration with cloud services, and the lack of brand customization.

The MDM for managing the installation and whitelisting of software is poor. We would approve software for users but then when an update to the app happens we would need to approve the app again.
It allows to obtain a high performance, connection without interruptions and a stable speed of connection. It offers access to the best security portfolio, traffic analysis and reliable solutions.
Really haven't come into any major issues, I know at one point the device failed but was quickly RMA'd and replaced.
Overall experience has been good, it does what it says and it has been very useful for monitoring our systems.
Having to license and manage a windows server just for PRTG is a bummer.
The ease of setting up and the flexibility that the system has. The range of tools PRTG offers is amazing for its price.
I run a single server with close to 10,000 sensors, which is considered the maximum for a single server and I see performance problems from time to time because I run it at red line.
The ease of setup was wonderful and it served almost all our needs out of the box.
Too hard to read sometimes about notification.
The support and documentation of the solution is very good. It even allows you to integrate with other solutions and/or create your own sensors.
Its hard to find something, set up the notification hierarchy, small improvmnet in notification email looks.
Ahmer: Hi, my name is Ahmer. I work for Elithia and I use Meraki for my networking needs, and I rate Meraki number five. I use Meraki for my office networking, for wifi access, for switching, and for my firewalls. We set up all of our network and settings and everything. We ship the hardware to the sites, people unpack it, rack it, mount it and paved on, and voila, we have network up and running. They do not have native Azure active directory integration for authentication, for the user authentication I mean, so we use a cloud radius service to authenticate our users on wifi, on for network access control and whatnot, so that is badly needed in Meraki, and we've been very vocal with the Meraki Support and Community Forum, but it's not happening for the last couple of years, we've been asking for it.
