Very easy to use and super intuitive with a great user interface.
There is no option for employees to submit time off for "unpaid leave", so then you cannot track that they are out of office. There is no place to manage notifications from the kiwiHR platform.
Being able to have a bird's-eye view of who is out of office is incredibly helpful and a great way to keep track of everyone.
Vacation Planning is a mess especially if you deal with not full time working people or not 8h days. The Use of absent times is limited because they are not quite flexible.
Love how the platform is continually improving as time goes.

It's very comprehensive and can pretty much do anything that you would want it to do. Also, with the new updates it has a very clean interface.
Implementation has come with its struggles as we are not sure if the problems are with Accounting CS or SwipeClock.
This software is very easy to use. Reports are great for payroll and the customer service is great.
As it is, they have to sign on to the website in order to review their timesheets for any errors.
The software is cloud based, which makes it very portable. The NEW mobile app and employee portals are an outstanding improvement.
I made a few errors the first few times using this software.

Fixing errors on the administrator end could not be easier.
