Nomod vs Envision Salon & Spa: Which is a better fit?

Needed to process a bunch of sales on the road, and this was the perfect solution. Intuitive, integrated seamlessly with my Stripe account, and almost perfectly reliable.

There is no option to ad a reference to each transaction thus making book keeping more difficult as we have to spend more time working out which transaction is from what.

One of the best apps I have downloaded. Easy to use and the fact it is connected directly to our stripe account is brilliant.

I think you should have a phone line for app users or at least a chat program. For instance I am trying to sort out this SCA nonsense ready for 14th Sep and waiting back on a form response.

The customer service is fantastic and my payouts are always on time. I am extremely happy with the app and recommend it to all of my friends.

No cash option but then again it is a card software so I can't really expect that.

I love that Lunatap helps me take credit card information over the phone so when my customers have issues using other processing methods, they know if they call me they can get help right away.

It is convenient and the charge is reasonable but makes me consider increasing my fees to cover these charges for using your app.

I love Envision and love that it has all the reports we need to grow our business and team. I have recommended it to many salons.

A book guide is not available and the one on the software can be difficult to navigate through. They have a few complaints with the BBB that have gone unresolved.

I like the simplicity of the appointment calendar from an appointment-scheduler perspective. I also like the ease of setting up hours, location, confirmations, etc.

It's just not something they offer and I can submit a request on their blog for something I want them to create. The entire business model is a mess and I am shocked they are still in business.

Email marketing is included so we can send out promotions and updates to all of our clients, which was super helpful to update everyone during COVID.

When I had to lower costs due to a financial hardship I immediately was just a number and realized I was only a dollar sign. The fact that I had been a client for 12 years no longer mattered.

I find Envision very user friendly. It has a nice design that is easy for everyone in the office to use.

It has several ways of doing the same thing which can be confusing.
