I do not own or maintain a business and use it for personal reasons. It is a delight to use- easy/intuitive to use, with great aesthetics and readability (from a user perspective).
By default, no option to upload pictures, though this is provided with the Pro version. That's understandable; pictures are bandwidth-intensive.
They have so many templates to choose from and they are all super pretty too. Also, this website it really affordable if you want to upgrade from the free version.
The only complaint I have is that when I created my memberships for purchase, there is no way to have them set up a recurring payment right from their initial payment.
The storefront platform is very easy to use, and has good features for anyone looking to sell online. The blog is simple to set up and is very effective as well as attractive.
Sometimes the website builder is difficult to navigate. I had to change my theme at one point as it was not working on mobile devices, only laptop screens.
What I liked most about the app was the ease of creating a website with little experience. I created a website that I am very happy with.

I do like it better than the competition in that the site seems reliable and very user friendly. Very little difficulty navigating the experience.
