Excellent support response when I had questions or needed help with troubleshooting an issue. Great GUI for managing the user sessions and file storage.
I found it difficult to setup Teams due to the need for remote VM access to local hardware.
This virtual platform is very easy to jump on and dependable. The best part is everything is dedicated for me.
Their password requirements sometimes get in the way. I don't need some algorithm to decide if my passwords are too weak or not.
We believe its an excellent product for our requirements, a cost effective fully in the Cloud IT Infrastructure.
The only problems I have come across so far is that the download feature doesn't seem to like Excel.

Transferring large data from my hard drive to the cloud sometimes lags as it is affected by bandwidth, this results in poor efficiency.
Ansys comes with great ease of installation and implementation all thanks to it's intuitive and user friendly interface.
The platform's reliance on the cloud necessitates constant online connectivity, which could present problems in regions with poor internet bandwidths.
I like that creating simulations is easy and even not technical members can do it with ease. I also like that the tool enhances collaboration through simulation sharing.
Although Ansys gateway has served me well, it has its own cons, since it is a cloud linked software, any poor/ unstable internet connectivity may be a stumbling block to its productivity.
Having used the tool for a while now i am pleased with the tool's capability and gives a perfect ROI.I definitely recommend.
The only downside is the cost which is not favorable to small organizations with limited capital.
