Beehiiv is super simple and easy to use, making it perfect for creating a side business while having fun. The platform is constantly releasing new features at a blistering pace.
This means it takes more time to get it right. The User Interface is quite busy and can be confusing to navigate.
It offers excellent tools for monetization, analytics, segmentation, and automation. Simply the best platform out there.

My overall experience with BeeHiiv has been very good, great customer service.
It's fairly cost effective, especially for smaller subscription lists. I haven't found all the features available yet though, as it can be difficult and confusing to navigate the site.
After over a year of using beehiiv, I'm very happy and couldn't imagine using another platform. The amount of monetisation options is significant and the cost is affordable.
We had to move off the platform as readers were no longer getting our emails. Their customer service was also quite poor, as they didn't respond when we reached out for help.
Responsive of our customer success and integration team is excellent. Always supported when we raise an issue or are looking to brainstorm.
I have yet to find anything that I dislike about using this software.
EmployeeReferrals is a very easy-to-use product and the most loved feature for me is the auto share ability to different social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
Sometimes the software sends unnecessary alerts, for example, it keeps sending alerts for rejected referred candidate yet this alert should be sent once.
The customer service is top notch and they have helped to ensure our program has been successful from the start. I can't recommend EmployeeReferrals.com more.
If I had to nitpick, I'd say that employees sometimes forget their password and for some reason ask us about signing in.
I really enjoy the accessibility and ease of use of the dashboard but most importantly for me, the customer service. They are always quick to respond and help assist if there are any issues.
Maybe I'm wrong but you can't track your referrals so maybe that is a point to be thought about in case the person I referred want a proof.
