Any organization that uses email.
We serve security-conscious organizations. Some examples are health care professionals, non-profit organizations, professional services firms, governmental bodies.
From the start, there has been a high level of professionalism, expertise, respect and desire to provide a successful experience. The product itself is solid, easy to maintain and feature-rich.
I'm struggling to think of a negative - both from a client and a Partner perspective.
Simple and easy to deploy and manage. An amazing support team, great pricing structure.
For what we need, I haven't found limitations to the software. The main issue I have is not with the software, but in how others fail to report DMARC status.
The experience has been excellent with a nice technology solving a business and operational problem at a sensible price which can be deployed easily.
Very trivial - just a grumble about having to change the default view of how many domains i can see.
The console is easy to use and the analyze function of messages is of great help especially where 3rd party's are involved.
As privacy online grows more important, I really appreciate the way that ProtonMail has built up a suite of products over time that are good value, feature rich and intuitive to use.
Then, when I complained about this outrageous abuse, they accused me of sending "BULK MAIL" and BANNED me again for 48 hours more immediately after I had sent one REPLY email to an incoming email.
The most attractive feature of this product is its user interface which is both attractive and easy to use. The security is also good for this level pricing.
BUT IF you move to a paid VPN service and for any reason, your card fails to renew the VPN, THEN they are ALSO blocking the INBOX to your email account until you pay for the VPN.
ProtonMail is super easy to use, and it provides a high level of security for your data. ProtonMail also has a built-in VPN, which means you can be sure your data is always safe and secure.
The amount of emails you can do at Protonmail is questionable.
The free version is very powerful, you have everything you need. However, in the pro version you have more storage space, the mail is faster and the technical support works great.
The interface outlay is confusing at the beginning.
Stone C.: Hey, I'm Stone, I'm a leadership life coach, and I want to give ProtonMail five out of five stars. I have used a lot of email programs, Gmail of course, iCloud, probably Hotmail and YouTube back in the days, but I keep moving on, and I think ProtonMail's the latest and greatest. The main thing that got me to ProtonMail was they offer end-to-end encryption, which I thought was really important. I like the increased privacy, just on a regular basis, and I like the ability to send encrypted mail to other ProtonMail users. You can send encrypted mail to folks using other apps, though it gets a little tricky. But that's what brought me to it, and then the reason I stay, I've been a paid user for years now, is because the customer service is amazing, just amazing. If I have any kind of question or problem, an actual human being emails me back, which is phenomenal. And the app keeps getting better and better, easier to use, really pleasant, it's a great experience and I couldn't be happier with ProtonMail. Really simple, very intuitive, the interface is going to look pretty familiar to other email apps, particularly when you're first getting into it. As you get fancier and get into all your options there's great stuff there. They have tutorials, and they also have little widgets that will help you import things, like your contacts, or even your email from other accounts, though I used the opportunity to declare inbox zero. And so they've got everything right there to help move you over and get you familiar with the new software set up, your filters, your flags, your folders, all of that business, really easy. I would say go for it. I wish more people would use ProtonMail. I'm excited to give the endorsement here because I think it's a great product. I think particularly the way the world of business is going, privacy becomes an ever greater commodity, and knowing that my email is secure and that I can offer that assurance to my clients is excellent, is really valuable. And for me as a business owner, knowing that if I have a problem, or any kind of slight snafu, I can get in touch with a real human being who's going to find me solutions and follow up with me to make sure the solution worked. It's like having additional staff, it's really fantastic.
