Our experience with PA Process has been great. We appreciate the assistance whenever we have asked for help.
Sometimes it can be difficult to swap between documents.
The things I like the most: tracking of actions and motions, attachments kept with the minutes. Great customer service - the developer always responds quickly to emails and is happy to help.
No auto-correct for spelling. Size of text font is too small.
We use Process PA for managing the meetings and the business of our Board and subcommittees. It has been a wonderful product for our organisation and one that I would recommend to any SME.
Hard to understand - even those in our organisation trained in it can’t make it easy. Hard to find previous meetings and minutes.
The overall experience has been great and the feedback from our board members has also been on the positive.
The only thing for me would be to be able to drop documents straight into agenda instead of going through the library.

Chariot was very easy to integrate with our GiveButter fundraising campaign. They also are very proactive in sending supporting marketing materials, tips and virtual follow-ups.
Chariot doesn't have an option yet for the donors to pay the processing fees.

I feel as though the target audience is difficult to reach. Those with DAF's are not easily reachable.
