Google Analytics 360 is for marketers, BI professionals, and online businesses to gain insights into customer website behavior. It is suitable for enterprise-level companies in every industry sector.
Brands, Retailers, Agencies, SMEs & E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Insights Teams.
A great too with huge amounts of data that can be useful for both personal and professional applications.
Pricing is very aggressive. There are other Analytical options in the market with very similar features and less aggressive pricing.
The best part is do not require any coding knowledge, we can track each and every aspect of the work done by you on the website and the benefits gained from it.
The user experience is terrible considering this is from Google. You have to be pretty experienced to find the information you are looking for which can be frustrating for some clients.
It’s so easy to use and gives me so much great info on my website traffic. It helps keep me on top of my visitors, where they come from and what platforms they use.
It is way too difficult to use for the new user. The support is horrible (as is anything with Google) and is based on forums with no actual support staff to speak to.
Overall I am very happy with using Google Analytics and would definitely recommend it to anyone who believes the digital presence of their website is important to their business.
It would almost feel wrong to complain or list any dislikes I have about something that is free.
What I liked most about Datadot was their exceptional attention to detail and their commitment to delivering results that positively impacted our e-commerce business.
In Datadot, reviews that contain only points and no comments reflect negatively and I think this can lead to incorrect outputs.
Ease of price comparison. Team is very good at their jobs, always advising the e-commerce teams about the tool and guiding them at every step.
Actually no “least” about datadot because if you tell , then team develop it immediately.
Ease of use and practicality is the things I like the most about Datadot.
If you are just focusing on a single marketplace, it's not as valuable since most marketplaces now have in-depth pricing tools that are similar to Datadot.
Datadot is very useful for us in analyzing customer comments. We can identify the issues that are most important to customers and easily determine where we need to take action.
Since I had difficulty in interpreting the analyzes and filtering the products, I did not find the data interpretations in the panel very understandable.
Eli: Hey, my name's Eli and I'm the CEO of a marketing agency. A little bit about us is we typically do web development, so we use Google 365 Analytics for all of our clients. I definitely give it a rating of five out of five. So we used to use the prior version of Google Analytics before 365 came out. The transition was very simple, making that move to migrate all of the websites that previously hosted the original Analytics version. And now that we have everything switched over, it is a breeze and it makes everything so much cleaner like reporting. So the number one reason why we chose Google Analytics and Google Analytics 365 was to basically have all of our data that we need for reporting metrics, conversions on websites, whether my client is selling products versus scheduling appointments. We wanted to have all of that data in one dashboard so we could easily provide our clients end-of-month reports. It was very easy to integrate Google Analytics into our business. We mainly build WordPress websites, and there is a plugin that is used called, I believe, Google Tag Manager plugin. And all you got to do is connect your Gmail account that you have associated with your Google Analytics, and it's a seamless one-click process. Before, you had to copy and paste some HTML into the header of your websites. And you could still do that if you prefer to manually integrate. But with this new process, it's as easy as a click of a button. If you need to have all of your data in one centralized dashboard, easy click to create a report per whatever timeframe you want, I'd recommend Google Analytics to you. I don't know of another alternative that is as powerful and integrates with as many other softwares you might use as Google Analytics 365.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
