Google Analytics 360 is for marketers, BI professionals, and online businesses to gain insights into customer website behavior. It is suitable for enterprise-level companies in every industry sector.
KPI owners use Cyfe to communicate performance to teams, stakeholders, or clients. This tool is built for consultants, agencies, and brands of all sizes.
A great too with huge amounts of data that can be useful for both personal and professional applications.
Pricing is very aggressive. There are other Analytical options in the market with very similar features and less aggressive pricing.
The best part is do not require any coding knowledge, we can track each and every aspect of the work done by you on the website and the benefits gained from it.
The user experience is terrible considering this is from Google. You have to be pretty experienced to find the information you are looking for which can be frustrating for some clients.
It’s so easy to use and gives me so much great info on my website traffic. It helps keep me on top of my visitors, where they come from and what platforms they use.
It is way too difficult to use for the new user. The support is horrible (as is anything with Google) and is based on forums with no actual support staff to speak to.
Overall I am very happy with using Google Analytics and would definitely recommend it to anyone who believes the digital presence of their website is important to their business.
It would almost feel wrong to complain or list any dislikes I have about something that is free.
They have a good base to continue improving this software, they have positive points such as the report and the monitoring is easy to use.
The mishap begins when the database of the App, which sometimes fails and the worst is that we do not know why these failures, we also realized that their updates are not very constant we say.
We like that you can search by date and metric, and it has been great to see our growth over the past few months.
We're constantly fretting over accidentally erasing our data and don't want to mess with the settings too much.
It's amazing for customer service and account management, and one of my service lines has allowed me to entirely forgo offering manual reporting - which is amazing.
The limited quantity of widgets limits what you can do with the display of the dashboard.
I think is perfect for my job, is simple and smart. With this dashboard i can perfectly monitoring all.
There is a lack of integration with other programs that would track other metrics for our pages, so for further research other programs are needed.
Eli: Hey, my name's Eli and I'm the CEO of a marketing agency. A little bit about us is we typically do web development, so we use Google 365 Analytics for all of our clients. I definitely give it a rating of five out of five. So we used to use the prior version of Google Analytics before 365 came out. The transition was very simple, making that move to migrate all of the websites that previously hosted the original Analytics version. And now that we have everything switched over, it is a breeze and it makes everything so much cleaner like reporting. So the number one reason why we chose Google Analytics and Google Analytics 365 was to basically have all of our data that we need for reporting metrics, conversions on websites, whether my client is selling products versus scheduling appointments. We wanted to have all of that data in one dashboard so we could easily provide our clients end-of-month reports. It was very easy to integrate Google Analytics into our business. We mainly build WordPress websites, and there is a plugin that is used called, I believe, Google Tag Manager plugin. And all you got to do is connect your Gmail account that you have associated with your Google Analytics, and it's a seamless one-click process. Before, you had to copy and paste some HTML into the header of your websites. And you could still do that if you prefer to manually integrate. But with this new process, it's as easy as a click of a button. If you need to have all of your data in one centralized dashboard, easy click to create a report per whatever timeframe you want, I'd recommend Google Analytics to you. I don't know of another alternative that is as powerful and integrates with as many other softwares you might use as Google Analytics 365.
Sarah: Hello, my name is Sarah and I am a marketing coordinator in the painting industry, and I give Cyfe a five out of five. So we switched over from using manual Google spreadsheets to track all of our social media data and growth. We switched over from that because that took a lot of manual labor, updating it once a week, and just trying to keep track of multiple different social media platforms and writing everything down. That didn't really work out for us because it was a little old school and a little too manual, so we switched over to Cyfe because it was a lot more innovative and we were able to see data and charts. It was very visually pleasing and it helped us to track our social media growth a little bit easier. We chose Cyfe because we loved the customization of the dashboard. We were able to pick and choose which of our social media accounts we wanted to track. We could do everything from Instagram and Twitter through Facebook ads, we had Google Analytics and Shopify sales added as well, so we were really able to track a ton of data in just one simple dashboard. I loved being able to drag and drop and change the sizes and change the views of every single widget. The pricing is also fantastic, so it fit our budget as well. Cyfe is very easy to onboard into our company. We're very small company, so there weren't a lot of people to onboard, but you can pay for different tiers on Cyfe to have a higher number of users to be able to access the platform. So depending on how many people you want access, you can pay more or less. We also were able to quickly add all of our social media accounts in there, and again, you can just drag and drop all the different widgets to kind of make the dashboard very pleasing and beautiful to your own eye. We were able to put the really important info at the top and then kind of build it out to the sides and bottom to kind of put the little less important information over there, so when we logged onto our dashboard, we had all the important info right in front of our faces. I also love that you're able to constantly be changing the types of data that you're able to track. So it was really fun to learn in the beginning, learn all the different options, and Cyfe made it very easy to connect all of our accounts and to get everyone set up, and it was pretty seamless. For new users just getting started out with Cyfe, I would recommend to make sure that you know all of your social media passwords in the beginning, because that will make all of the setup a lot faster instead of trying to constantly forgot password and reset all your passwords. So having all that information right in front of you when you're starting to set up Cyfe would make it a lot faster to set it up. Also, for a couple of the social media widgets for Instagram and Twitter, if you do end up changing your password for your account, sometimes that widget can reset, so I would recommend to export your data. You can export it into a PDF file or an Excel file, you can export that. I do it once a week, that might be a little much for people, but we like to do that just in case our passwords reset and all of our data kind of resets and begins again in Cyfe. So that is something I wish I had known in the beginning, because that did happen a couple of times, but other than that, it's pretty seamless to get onboarded, and it's a great option to be able to track [sales 00:03:28] , social media, advertisements, and everything in one simple spot.
