Boost vs Luna: Which is a better fit?

I like the UI/UX and how simple it is to set up an opt-in gateway. This product has many use cases that are awesome for lead generation.

There are definitely a few things that must be addressed right away. Mainly Outdated SOPs & Video tutorials are not only unhelpful, but the instructions are outright wrong sometimes.

Unfortunatly, there is no customer onboarding, just few youtube videos.

On the flip side, the customer support is absolutely fantastic.

Sometimes offline lead generation doesn't work so now I use it less.

It is a good app to stay organized and reference when looking at your goals.

Software looks promising (and maybe it works) but I had no guidance with setup.

I love the very idea itself. There area lot of tools for cold-mailing, but Luna pares it down to the essentials, making it fun and easy to just send e-mails.

I don't know whether this can be imporved. Maybe Luna's oubound emails show problems with their SPF or DKIM settings.

I really love Luna and I'm glad I got it on a lifetime deal (I hope they offer it again because I can definitely get more people to purchase).

Lack of features- Cannot transfer credits- Cannot create several profiles per email.

I am thrilled to be a user and am eager to see how it can help drive my business to new heights.

Sometimes there is no description about the company, so one has to go into the company's website, which is cumbersome and wastes time...it sometimes suggests irrelevant email drafts.

I was impressed from the start, and customer service has been great, very thorough and responsive.

Follow ups and first emails are mixed together making it difficult to see where you are in a sequence.
