Cloud-based social media management platform that helps businesses of all sizes manage auto scheduling, bulk posts, team collaborations, links, media uploads and more with custom posts and analytics.
Businesses of any size & type who are looking to advertise online.
Very positive, the billing and plan functions are easy to understand and the prices are reasonable. The functions are useful and help us to achieve our goals.
Lack of some major integrations and platforms.
So far everything I have experienced has been both overwhelming (in a good way). I am excited to explore all its features.
Its integrations with other platforms are still limited. Its statistics are also very basic.
Clean UI, easy to use and setup. This tool has a very good growth which could be one of the best tools for social media management in the furture.
Takes the stress out of Social Media Marketing.
It's simple, easy to use and effective. Their customer service is amazing and they're always looking t=for feedback about how to improve.
The current youtube upload limit of 1 GB sized file I see as a limitation.
Google Ads is a fantastic tool for Ad and SEO management. It allows you to target any cohort or geographic with fantastic results delivering the conversion you are looking for.
The worst drawback about Google Adwords are the expensive ads. This platform is easily the most paid one and for a lower standard country this might be a problem.
Overall my experience has be excellent for myself and clients. The analytic reports help me better understand why certain campaigns run successfully and why some don’t.
Limitations on the ads that can be used. Sometimes they suspend accounts due to fraudulent activity when it was just created.
This is a win -win- win situation for all parties involved - the publisher, yourself and of course Google Ads. Having a website approved by google ads to display ads on it is such a great priviledge.
Overall, negative experience. Very unprofessional platform.
Plus, I love how I can track the performance of my ads in real time. It's pretty cool to see how many clicks and conversions my ads are getting, and it helps me make better decisions for my campaigns.
The UI feels somewhat clunky at times and lead to some data loss on a few occasions.
Nancy: My name is Nancy. I'm the CEO and founder of a marketing and advertising firm. And I would give Publer a rating of four. For more reviews like this, click below. I really had used and considered Hootsuite most before I moved to Publer. I enjoyed Hootsuite. I was looking for a more competitive alternative for different software options as well as a pricing point. So I'd used Hootsuite for quite a while before switching. One of the reasons I chose Publer was the variety of platforms that I could choose. About the time I was using it, the stories became more prevalent and they were one of the first to add story options in from scheduling in that arena. I was able to see all of my clients in one big template. And honestly, it was less expensive than some of the other programs I had priced out or had used previously. We are a very small firm and are always trying to give the best bang for our buck back to our client. And so the less I can pass on those hard costs, the better I felt. It was very user-friendly and that was one of the big takes was the cost and then the user-friendly piece of it. The flexibility of the pricing as well. You didn't have to jump levels, you could just add on as you needed to. I would say it was very easy to onboard with Publer. It was an intuitive program. It kind of walked you through the steps. It would pop up and give you the options that you wanted, places to link and add. It would very quickly alert you if something didn't go through or didn't work. I knew if this one's Instagram or this one's Facebook was not connecting, it was very quick to get that information to you, which is vital. I feel like the platform was very user-friendly, even for somebody who maybe it wasn't necessarily their nature. I turned my husband onto some of it. Some of my clients have used it as well and I thought it was something easy I could onboard people to for access. If you're considering it, check it out. They do often have options where you can check something out for a free trial type thing. They have great resources in their help department. Great resources, even just online. I would Google and look for reviews, for other things that other people are saying, see if it fits you. And it was a great option for me to check it out, get into it. I think I did a call with them, they walked me through some of my options. I would suggest doing your research, check in your reviews, seeing what other businesses are saying and what size of businesses. We're a small business, but I manage probably 25 clients on social on any given day and so it was a fit for us. So check it out, so if you've got something bigger or smaller, it might also work for you. But I would just suggest getting in there and playing with it. I think to me, I don't really know a software if I'm not touching it. So somebody can tell me about it all day long, but if I can have a free trial or I can get in there and navigate, and then I feel like I know it better.
Jennifer D.: Hi, I'm Jennifer. I'm a controller. I give Lightspeed a value of two out of five. For more reviews, hit click below. I'm the financial controller at a power motorsports dealership. I use it every day being the controller, so my method of payments, all the cash and checks that come into the account, making payments out to vendors and invoices, tracking deals, doing major unit inventory, parts and accessories. Lightspeed is really good for the everyday users that don't have an accounting background or a bookkeeping background. My sales staff and service staff just click on icons that are easy to use, on how to add parts to a sale or a major unit inventory. It's easy because it can connect one unit to everything throughout the whole process of the sale. So I can look up a unit or a deal and see what's going on with it and see where everybody stands with it. Lightspeed, on its ongoing maintenance, is expensive. It's a monthly fee, which is not the best thing going, but it does keep you updated with Price Books. The other downside to Lightspeed is getting any help. Yesterday, I spent an hour and 20 minutes on hold. Today, I spent three hours on hold, waiting for one person to ask a question to solve the problem. If you don't get to the right department, they'll transfer you over but you're starting from scratch again, being on hold.
