Staying organized and collaborating feels easier when documents, emails, and chats are all connected in one place. Real-time editing, automatic cloud backups, and steady updates keep work flowing smoothly without much fuss.

Pros

Being able to open a document on your laptop, make a few edits on your phone, and see your teammate’s changes appear instantly feels effortless. Files stay backed up automatically, updates happen in the background, and everything just works whether you’re at home or on the go.

Cons

Paying for it never really ends, and you need a steady connection to get the most out of it. Updates roll in often, which can break your flow or clash with older files now and then.

My overall experience with Microsoft 365 is very positive. It makes my job significantly easier and my processes are now streamlined. It is a very versatile platform as it integrates multiple applications to complete a wide array of tasks.

Pros

The thing I like the most about Microsoft 365 is that it is very easy to use. There is a very small learning curve. Another thing that I really like it how well integrated all of the applications are. It makes sharing files and document management straightforward and simple.

Cons

I have found nothing in particular that I dislike. The one thing that I do wish that they had was more integration of Copiolet

Amazing products with so many uses and functions. Used on a daily basis at work and also personally at home.

Pros

Great that you have multiple applications in this pack. Word and excel are the ones I use on a weekly basis. PowerPoint is used as and when required.great integration with other products like email and professional systems like LEAP and Tikit.

Cons

Like I said above, the integrations with other systems are great but sometimes they struggle when n loading. Ie, when I use LEAP and load a word or excel document, this can be the main reason that my computer crashes.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is an essential software package for business operations. It has every tool you need for data processing, spreadsheet and document management, cloud storage, PowerPoint for presentations, email & team communication, video conferencing, antivirus software, and more. It also comes with AI Copilot, which helps me to write documents, analyze data, and create charts that streamline many day-to-day tasks.

Cons

The downside is that if you only use a fraction of the features or tools, it becomes unnecessarily expensive, and you might be better off purchasing each product separately.

The software has performed up to our initial expectations. Been using Microsoft office software for many many years without issues.

Pros

The ability to have the most current software with the subscription based version. Get if your office has multiple teams working on projects.

Cons

The recurring subscription fees which is okay if your office has a lot of users but if you only need min licenses then buying the stand alone office 2024 is the better option with a one time fee.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been positive. It’s reliable for daily work and team collaboration, though some tools overlap and can be confusing at times.

Pros

I like Microsoft 365 to operate the daily all in one productivity suite in the workplace. It covers email, documentation, data analysis, meetings, and file storage in one ecosystem. Not only that it provides excellent for communication and collaboration ideal for remote work, vendor communication and inspection follow ups. Files are auto-sync with One Drive. It provides strong security and access control to keep documents in safe place through controlling user access, file permissions, and device logins.

Cons

As a paid subscription service, Microsoft 365 can become costly as user numbers grow or when advanced security and storage upgrades are required. In addition, the overlap among multiple tools may lead to confusion and inefficiencies without strong governance and clearly defined internal processes.

How Capterra ensures transparency

Capterra lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. Capterra is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider's website.
