Karissa: Hi, I'm Karissa. I am the owner of my company and I give CommentSold a five out of five review, for more reviews like this click below. Before I used CommentSold, I had used Shopify for my online store and I just was not really getting the traffic that I needed to continue. So I went from there to Squarespace and Squarespace was not really helping either. So I decided to transition to CommentSold, which has a great connection to Facebook and allowing you to do lives through Facebook to help your online store grow. I chose CommentSold for multiple reasons. One of them a friend had recommended the product or the software for me, and I really trusted her opinion. I also chose CommentSold because of the direct connection with Facebook and Instagram, making it super easy to run my business and CommentSold is a very easy platform to work on. The people are very helpful in helping you figure out what you need to do with the platform. And overall, it has just been a really great experience. For the most part getting started with CommentSold was super easy. They have the plan to get you started laid out. There were a few hiccups on my end, but nothing that the support team could not help me with. So I was very pleased with getting started and getting the ball rolling and the help that I received. I definitely recommend CommentSold if you have an online retail business, because CommentSold is really going to help you take your business a step further and integrating it into social media platforms. That's where your customers are. So that's where you want to be having your online business and CommentSold is perfect for that.
