This app is helpful and boosting our sales as demonstrated... but honestly what I am most impressed by is the level of customer service.
Since there was no mention of being charged once the trial lapse, I didn't do anything. A little more than a month later I find out I have been charged twice -- Aug/ Sep, 129$ each time.
It's an amazing piece of software, created by and run by a group of individuals who are not content to sit on their accomplishments and never innovate.
But after charging my account, there was little or no regard to check in on why I was paying charges for the highest subscription plan when the pixel code was still not implemented.
The social proof really is a significant help in boosting sales. Proof provides easy to use functions that can boost credibility for my store and I'm happy I got it.
Misleading tactics to convert trial users to paying customers.
My clients have seen an increase in conversions since using it and they are all very happy that I recommended it to them. Love that they also offer a lower tier pricing for clients just starting out.
They cancelled my account but just refunded the fees for September since it was within their 72-hour refund period.
It is very easy to use and very effective. This is my overall experience and It's was awesome.
This unfortunately makes this feature useless for me on these sites.

I think its pricing plan should be customized. Its heatmap video is also difficult to record.
They have a strong support team and they try to solve every customer issue with sincerity and utmost care. Besides, they try to consider any important feature request.
It would be really cool to see heatmaps or videos for the different AB test versions but this functionality is missed.
Another thing I love is the polls option. It helps me to understand whether visitors are satisfied with my content or not.
We made some mistakes in goals set up that caused some delays. There is no way to take a screen shot of all the different variations when you first luanch a test.
