Datarails vs SHEQXEL: Which is a better fit?

DataRails has substantially improved the accuracy of our budgeting and forecasting. I love the ease of it, how accessible it makes our numbers, and how simple it is to follow real-time statuses.

Some features don't work as expected, and it can be hard to tell if it because of a bug or user error.

I've had an awesome experience with Datarails and I'm very happy with the selection of this tool.

The inability to know what type of user you are and what access you have.

Uploading of source documents with superb ease. Multicurrency subsidiaries taken care of with FX translation tables.

Just the small quirks and inconsistencies with some of the UI, additionally the inability to manually edit it.

We also really liked the idea of having a dedicated customer rep , this has been extremely helpful thru the implementation, but also in creation of all our reports.

Building a report from scratch is difficult as the data mapper is too technical & hard to comprehend.

I love how the spreadsheets calculate everything for me. I enter my data and it generates beautiful visuals after calculating my OIR and Dart Rate for me.

No user guide available. The sheets can be easily malfunction once a number or a title of a heading is adjusted, which makes it really difficult to customize to my needs.

This software is easy to use and helps track WHS action. Comprehensive fields output to great graphs and summaries.

At times difficult to change for your own setup.

It is the guidance for me what kind of information I need and how to demonstrate data more effectively.

A decent tool especially if you are excel illiterate or time poor and cannot build your own tool. Frustrating if you want to customise it but can't.

Its a great tool for HSE performance Monitoring and Reporting. As an ISO Management System Consultant I highly recommend it to my clients.

I use iOS on Macbook, when there is a lot a data, the file start to lag.
