The technical problems in time tracking. The webpage doesn't refresh automatically, so it often causes troubles when moving the task cards.
It's a pretty decent product for the price and the good thing is the ease of use and the simplicity. I look forward to using it extensively as the number of clients increase.
The layout of the software was a hard to understand.
The customer service I received is excellent and is one of the best. The software, I feel, has a huge learning curve.
You can therefore accidentally cause issues or end up needing a workaround. The final big issue is that the reports did not meet our needs.

This software has great image quality compared to other remote software products. The ability to text and voice chat through the computers is great for remote support during the pandemic.
I have used it for 7 yrs and about 10 times I have been unable to connect with Teamviewer and that is frustrating (just drive into work).
I use this application a little because there is not alwais training , but the times I use it has been very useful to help someone and receive help remotely, so I recommend.
Expensive and the software can wrongly detect you are a business and block further access until you pay for a license.
Teamviewer has been around for a while and has established itself as being a solid, secure product for remote access. I like its ability for screen mirroring and file transfer abilities.
The worst part or most aggravating part of the software is the constant ads/pop ups to get you to upgrade to the newer version. Then the older versions are not compatible with the newer versions.
Its fast, simple & honestly a lifesaver. Having software like this makes any difficulties that require me to need help, so helpful.
It's slow and clunky, often having trouble launching. Their new Web Monitoring product which replaced Monitis is half-baked and missing features, we are unable to use it.
