We are a platform designed for HR professionals from all sectors, mainly from the IT sector, outsourcing companies, agencies, etc.
I think it's very easy and intuitive to set up outreach sequences through the platform. I love that it gives you a nice overview of tracking status, outreach templates and schedules.
At least people are responding (which indicates contact information is correct). This is a difficult recruit overall, and my timing might be wrong, which may have affected the response rate.
Customer service is great. Good for companies who want to hire for themselves and not for consulting firms.
Occasionally, the LinkedIn Links are broken which is a minor inconvenience.
The AI feature provides a great way for sourcers to continually identify and engage people. I like that you can train the model so the results improve with time.
Since GDPR started, exposing contacts takes more time (1 min vs 1 sec it used to be).
The Chrome Extension was a perfect companion for identifying passive talent on LinkedIn. There is good interface with my ATS.

We didn't actually switch from any additional software to switch to hireEZ, but we utilize other things like a resume database through Indeed, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and felt hireEZ was a good addition to that portfolio. So we chose hireEZ, because, one, incredibly easy system to use. Two, we were finding in our preliminary testing, we were able to find a substantial amount of people that we were not able to find on LinkedIn, on Indeed and other areas. Even people that we found on hireEZ that had LinkedIn profiles, they weren't coming up in our recruiter searches, so the algorithm they used was pretty incredible. Another big thing was being able to create sequences. The ability to almost set it and forget it, where once you find a great candidate, you can set up a string of up to 10 sequences, 10 emails, and then wait for them to get back to you when they're ready. Onboarding with hireEZ was really, really simple. It was just a couple of clicks to get your email integrated, and we got the whole team set up within a short call. Their support team for additional questions was absolutely incredible. Even after we're fully paid and set up, anytime we need anything, we can jump right on a video call with them and they will walk us through whatever we need. So, five out of five on integrating and implementing it. When considering hireEZ for your business, it's important to really, really check out why are you utilizing it? What's your actual business need and business purpose for utilizing it? Make sure you and your team are taking full advantage of the trials that they offer to see if a tool of this caliber is actually going to benefit you. Because if you're not using it, if you're not in there every single day and making sure you're taking full advantage of it, you won't have that proper return. The only way to get a good return on it is through utilization.
