Forcura vs Cliniko: Which is a better fit?

Their customer service is fantastic and they stick by their word to support their customers with superior quality.

Nothing in particular, the app was frustrating at first due to updates every week, but that was on our end to implement and by no means was a fault of forcura.

Our quality improvement has seen significant changes in order compliance, and we were in the Pre-CLaim Review Process in Illinois with 100% affirmation, thanks to this product.

I don’t like that because of the clunkiness and room for error, my staff don’t trust sending their documents to process.

It has a clear orders outstanding workflow. It would be nice to organize paperwork by clinician name and/or region/location for ease of following up on missing documents.

I don’t like that I don’t always trust that paperwork is being uploaded correctly and that these is a lot of room for user error both in the mobile app and via computer.

We had a great in-depth training on how to use Forcura to help our role and it is really a game changer in many ways. So happy with it and the ease of use.

Easy to navigate and logical to use. AMAZING customer service - prompt ( despite the 10 hour time difference ), friendly and have always managed to explain any issues I may be having.

Can be hard to get/amend code for iframe to embed into website.

I am so happy and satisfied with this software. It is very user friendly.

Cannot attach a PDF to an email. Cannot easily see in the diary which patients have cancelled their appointment.

Overall Cliniko was a good program with a lot of great features.

As of now the issue is resolved ' - the biggest, irresponsible lie.

It really makes my life easier and manageable in timings when we are talking about booking of clients. I love how the system works easier even for the beginner, because it is very easy to understand.
