Contractor Compliance vs Cm3: Which is a better fit?

The Contractor Compliance team has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Knowledgeable, flexible, professional, supportive and extremely responsive.

The only issue with this software is the price that contractors need to pay in order to register. This has been the only barrier to using the software more than we already do.

Very user-friendly and offers a great service at a good price point. The entire team we've worked with has been great as well, always very easy to get a hold of, helpful and quick to respond.

The dashboard can be a little misleading at times. It will say you are 100% compliant, but you will have just received an email saying something needs your attention...can be confusing.

I found it a big learning curve or me but once I started working in it I love it and love the help Contractor Compliance give me, super supportive.

It makes it difficult for Managers to find a contractor that we already have set-up if they don't know what service they provide.

The integration and set-up was very easy. Sensitive content hidden] was great to work with and very supportive throughout the entire process.

After a few days i stopped receiving calls and things started to pick up pace. Within a couple of weeks we had 60+% contractors registered.

Fantastic support team from CM3 has been enormously helpful.

The information we provide is exactly the same, the client is often the same, but we get charged the same amount each time. There is no transparency regarding the risk profile or fee structure.

I particularly like the safety management program we're able to implement and record that all contractors have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Occasionally there is a disconnect between the client and CM3 regarding what type of "membership" we can sign up to. As a supplier we stuck in the middle.

I like that CM3 take control over what are the basic requirements. Of what is required to keep our contractors safe.

The least redeeming feature of this product is that at various times, updates are not shown, and little hiccups and mix up in variables with ABNs have occurred which has been frustrating at times.

The overall experience with CM3 has been positive. We have managed to migrate 97% of our contractors over to CM3 and worked through the experience and process with them.

Sometimes the search functionality is a little confusing.
