Inaccurate data representation, EXTREMELY SLOW TO LOAD ANYTHING, the schedule is difficult to view... much worse than ABA Schedules. It is difficult to customize programs.
The program library allows you find other useful program to add for your client, the training videos are also very helpful for training parents, and is it very user friendly.
Also, the inability to maintain a specific goal order when creating funder reports within a clients program book.
Amy: My name is Amy. I am the director of Development for Swan Therapy Group, LLC. We are an ABA service provider and we utilize Rethink for our scheduling and client management. I would give them a 5 in serviceability. Previously, we were using CentralReach Essentials. They had a lot of scheduling concerns where we weren't able to see everything all at the same time. Rethink offers that ability where we can see everybody, groups of clients and staff that serve those clients as well as individuals. We were looking for an option that would allow us to do the scheduling, but also we wanted to make sure that it was something that we could also customize. Getting reports not only from the provider, but also sharing those reports with the clients. They have a file cabinet feature that we can use internally, but also have the ability to customize access so that the families can see what the data reports and updates will be. Rethink is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. The system is visually appealing as well as simple, so it's not so simple that you can't know what you're doing and it's not so complicated that you get lost. The customer service team is right there and very knowledgeable and able to walk you through the steps when you do get to a point where you need a question to have answered. I would definitely include Rethink as one of your options to review. When searching for an EMR or a client management system, I would recommend them as the one that you settle on, but definitely include them in your repertoire.
