And we were so impressed we collaborated with another brand to do another contest with Rewards Fuel and they were just as impressed with running a contest through Rewards Fuel.
Was then double charged from that point on for 5 months. Went to cancel my subscription before my next billing cycle and was unable to cancel through my account.
We have been with rewards Fuel since the very beginning and we couldn't be happier. Their customer service is excellent.
There was no 'are you sure' kind of warning, no feedback as to what I had done, and no way (that I could work out) to resume the contest if you pressed the button by mistake.
The software sets the time the online pageant will take place, sets up a great foundation, and is very detailed. It has a place to list prizes, divisions, and awards.
When I requested by email to cancel my subscription and refund my double payments, I have received no response for over a week. Customer service is completely MIA.
Any questions we have or assistance we may need is made readily by their staff. Rewards Fuel has worked with our needs and deadlines to perfection.
Whether the problem is on their end or my end, it's always resolved fast. I have few worries with Rewards Fuel.
It does the job so much better than any competitor, offers me great tools to get creative with, good analytics and settings and a fantastic support team.
However, I loathe the process that Gleam puts me through in order to complete the giveaway.

This leads to a lot of spam and cluttered news feeds.
I also like that it helps me to enter giveaways and sends me to all of the merchant Web sites with ease.
There is VERY little you can do to disguise that this is a Gleam app and everything you do tends to look the same.
