Reviewr works with associations, non-profits, universities, k-12, foundations, alumni associations, and corporations offering awards, grants, scholarships, contests, and conference call for entries.
And we were so impressed we collaborated with another brand to do another contest with Rewards Fuel and they were just as impressed with running a contest through Rewards Fuel.
Was then double charged from that point on for 5 months. Went to cancel my subscription before my next billing cycle and was unable to cancel through my account.
We have been with rewards Fuel since the very beginning and we couldn't be happier. Their customer service is excellent.
There was no 'are you sure' kind of warning, no feedback as to what I had done, and no way (that I could work out) to resume the contest if you pressed the button by mistake.
The software sets the time the online pageant will take place, sets up a great foundation, and is very detailed. It has a place to list prizes, divisions, and awards.
When I requested by email to cancel my subscription and refund my double payments, I have received no response for over a week. Customer service is completely MIA.
Any questions we have or assistance we may need is made readily by their staff. Rewards Fuel has worked with our needs and deadlines to perfection.
Whether the problem is on their end or my end, it's always resolved fast. I have few worries with Rewards Fuel.
The product helps us to run three processes: our grant awards, our scholarship awards, and our employee awards. Nominators love the system because they can easily log in and start their application.
The second year we limited the format to. Pdf, and confusion ended.
Most importantly, the staff of Reviewr is fabulous. They listened to our needs and had all sorts of creative suggestions as to how we could improve our process.
Pdf, and other formats for their essays, etc. That posed some confusion.
The final result looks excellent and the user interface and experience for participants is fantastic.
Reviewr has provided a platform that is easy to use and easy to share with scholarship applicants and judges alike. The support for building and re-designing has been wonderful.
