My association uses Expo Logic for a few virtual conferences over the course of the pandemic, over the last two years. The thing I like most about Expo Logic is the virtual reality feel of the platform and the extremely awesome customer service at the front-end of building out a conference. Their project managers are extremely hands-on and very supportive, and made sure that every detail was accounted for. The one fault with Expo Logic, that brought them down from five stars to four, for me, was the day-of tech support. They did not have the best tech support for our event, which resulted in attendees scrambling and calling the association staff, trying to get signed into the platform. It was a struggle and a headache, and I definitely could have used better onsite, virtually, tech support from them.
