Haven't experienced anything that would make me dislike the product.

I am over the moon impressed with the ease of this product. I love the analysis report given after each mass email.

It was difficult to learn and I have my assistant use the system.

This product is visually appealing and very easy to learn and navigate. It is fantastic to have a number of powerful, actually useful, tools at your fingertips with next to no learning curve.

There is nothing that I have found in the last 6 months that I can say that I don’t like.

I love the ease of using templates and scheduling emails to go out to my team and customers. It is a very use friendly software that makes my business marketing simpler and easy.

Limited editing capability from my iPad. Seem to get more "freezes" etc.

We are very happy with the software, and can't say enough good things about the team who supports us. The system has made our lean team more efficient and effective in our daily tasks.

Some of the reports don't work well, and have to be formatted when exported to excel. Sometimes the reports have wrong information.

They are very willing to help us create/enhance tools to ensure our teams are best suited to get the information and tools they need to perform their best.

Not one thing comes to mind as a negative part of this software.

The support from our broker solution managers is great, they are always willing to help and provide solutions to our problems/questions.

Sometimes hard to identify where incorrect data is feeding from; different areas compared to GS1 fields.

The software has been integral to our success and the support througout has been nothing shy of amazing.

Can get a little confusing due to the fact that data can get so in depth.
