Jersey Watch vs PowerUp Sports: Which is a better fit?

They get back to me within 24 hours (typically sooner) I feel like they want my camp and promotion to be successful. I also appreciate how easy it is to refund the customers.

Also, our organization is undergoing changes and we found it slightly difficult to set up the “pay online” option through information needed.

So far, my experience has been a very positive one. Tim's support has been fantastic to help a web beginner get up and running and really improve our site's look and feel.

Very, very hard to read and keep track of as you are scrolling across for information.

The registration process was awesome and i also like the ability to send important messages to everyone through text and email.

Email and text communications are limited to a specific number/month depending on the package purchased. Would prefer unlimited as we have several user groups.

The ease of setup was wonderful and continues to be easy to update and manage my website and program. The customer service is top notch; efficient, caring, and always ready to help.

I was a bit nervous setting up a website, registration engine with fee collection, etc.

The company is great and the people working for it are also amazing. Best program for the soccer club.

There is no company that I have experienced in the sports registration business that has the level of customer service that PowerUp has.

Over the last 12+ years, they have continued to be responsive to our needs. PowerUp Sports is responsive, adaptable, reasonably priced and effective at solving our challenges.

I don't like the fact that we have had to leave as our parent sports organization is pushing us to a different program.

Club Hub- Team Hub - Integrated schedules - all wonderful features, that centralize all club/team information with our members. Connect App - very nice, clean end user functionality.

So many features sometimes it's hard to learn them all.

The ease of use, not only from a club integration perspective, but from a consumer set-up is fabulous. I truly could not say enough about this product and have been fortunate to work with them.

It is hard to even say what I like least - any issue, fix, or suggestion I have had was addressed and/or implemented right away so I wouldn't be able to give a negative.
