ShiftWizard vs CiraSync: Which is a better fit?

Tracking of licensures and certifications is a great feature, you can have a great online file for employees that is accessible. The ability to customize icons, add certifications is a plus.

I am unable to take myself off a shift if I requested the wrong shift.

As a supervisor and user, ShiftWizard has some great functions. I love the overview of the department schedule which is very icon-driven, par levels are easy to manage.

Once in a while ShiftWizard will go down and that’s an inconvenience.

D like the ease of use, and getting notified when I get approved for a shift. I enjoy not having to login into my work email to find out if I’ve been approved or not.

It was difficult to navigate at first and some times I still can get confused and need assistance such as just putting available instead switch shifts.

Easy to navigate and reliable. It allows amazing communication throughout our department.

It can be confusing for someone who is not familiar with Shift wizard. I'm really not sure if my team members look at Shift Wizard.

We were happy to learn that we can also sync shared calendars. The setup was easy and the few times I needed support, they were great.

We had used another product for a few years but found it very difficult to maintain and prone to partial or failed syncing.

Love this product and recommend it all the time to other IT individuals.

It is somewhat confusing to navigate through the portal.

The technical how to on the website is weak. I think they should offer someone to walk you through setup.

They have great customer service. Very engaged, helpful and professional.

Having the buy licenses in lots of 10 is annoying if you have a low number on the end eg.
