Versatility and ease of use. Customer Support is awesome, and the tech people are all excellent to work with.
I find most people don't have it setup correctly or don't have the exchange module setup properly. That's where alot of the frustration comes from.

Abuzz has a horribly confusing user interface and user experience. Everything is very hard to find and do.

Chat features were annoying because they were given to college kids who want to annoy everyone else on the app.
Overall for my first year in higher education, I loved having an app I could go to view daily activities, group chats, and having it all there at your fingertips and not on seperate apps is great.
