Edward: My name is Edward. I'm a sales manager. My star review is a three for Carsforsale. For more reviews like this, click below. The Carsforsale, it was an addition to other tools that we use. We use also Autotradercars.com and CarGurus. Carsforsale, I'm hoping to get a different kind of customer that's going to find my vehicles in maybe a different way than other people would find them on the normal sites. Or not the normal sites, but Autotrader and cars.com or CarGurus, there's a lot more advertising for those, so I hope to capture some other clients that I might not have gotten in those other traditional ways. Carsforsale.com is super simple and is a great way to get extra leads. I would say for the price of carsforsale and the way the setup is, I'd say that it's pretty good value, and that for the price, you should probably have it to capture those extra leads.

Kyle W: Hello, my name is Kyle. I'm a videographer in the manufacturing industry, and I give dealer.com ControlCenter a four out of five. Before we went with dealer.com, we were previously using Carfax as well as a dealertire.com and just Facebook and other social media platforms. We were pretty new to this whole CRM online business and we were kind of shopping around for a while until we felt that dealer.com was the best option for us. We decided to go with dealer.com in the end because of price, convenience, and they gave us one of the best demos that we've seen with online software, such as this. It really sold us the whole package after we had that scheduled demo with them. The onboarding process was relatively easy for me and some of my coworkers for the most part, but when it came to onboarding our actual salespeople, who skew more towards the older crowd, it's a little hard. But then again, when it comes to any kind of computer program, they take a while for them to understand how to use it and why they need to be using it to get optimal sales. Once we got them through that process, they were able to easily use it, and it honestly increased their sales. My advice for anyone that's looking for something of this kind of software at dealer.com, as always, going in doing a live demo with people always helps that decision-making process. But I highly recommend going through their website because they have, what I feel like most people don't have on their website for stuff like this, is success stories. They show you the actual products they are making and helping other dealerships with. And in the end, I feel like that should be the stamp of approval. That's what we all want to see at the end of the day, is someone successfully using that product before we hit that buy button.
