We use Barracuda as a protected email service throughout our medical community. We are able to provide sensitive material and not have to worry about violating HiPAA.
Phishing is dangerous, but people start to realize that THEY are being directly targeted versus casting a wide net and no one believes it'll happen to them before it's too late.
Barracuda Sentinel is relatively affordable and easy to implement as a cloud-based service for Office 365 users.
Unfortunately, it can take quite a long time to scan each file, and it frequently locks up so you have to keep re-downloading the file in order to view it. It can be very frustrating.
