Runrun.it vs Asana: Which is a better fit?

I like to see the constant improvements and updates, the really good support they offer and the learning opportunities we can have through the webinars and the blog feed.

It is really hard to maintain track of who is with each task, the calendar interface is really awkward and hard.

The time tracking is fenomenal, the user interface and the organisation are without a doubt the best. Some features are still chunky, but my overall expeience is really good.

The bad part about runrun.it is that you have to spend sometime watching the tutorials before actually use the software.

I really like the interactivity in real time inside the software. It works like a corporate Facebook where everyone can keep up with what the coworker is doing.

I miss a way to have recurring, ongoing tasks related to repetitive processes and routines in the same page, but in different areas from the tasks specially related to a project.

My experience with Runrun.it, after learning how to use, was good.

Sometimes the plugins or features don't work properly. Timer counter stops unexpectedly.

I switched from Trello to Asana and I truly enjoy using Asana almost because I feel there is a gamification feeling in getting my daily wins accomplished.

My only major complaint is that I often miss out on some very important notifications that get lost in my inbox until too late.

The ability to collaborate with colleagues on tasks is also a great way of keeping track of progress and notifying all members of progress.

The main feature I dislike in Asana is its lack of functions for recurrent tasks. My work demands different routines every week and month, so it was a little bit difficult to set those up.

Asana's management tools are great and easy to use. Assigning tasks and tracking progress is efficient and the ability to prioritize facilitates any project management team.

My only complaint is that it is a little confusing the different projects and who can see what.

When you set up a new account, you naturally are opted in to the email notifications, which can be really annoying and a pain to remove. My only suggestion to the Asana team would be to change that.
