My experience with MyWorks has been extremely positive and their customer service is fantastic.
Some complicated setup issues due to the size of our data base. Multiple currency is still a struggle a bit of a struggle.
Most outstanding are the clear, clean interface with WooCommerce, the number of options, and the smooth functionality. Partnering Woo, MyWorks, and Quick Books Online makes each product better.
M not sure we have got it fully set up correctly so find it a little confusing on that side, plus I can never work out why it errors or doesn’t sync.

After using Syncspider to integrate a few pieces of software, I was a little disappointed with the available automations that could be done directly between 2 pieces of software.
If they don't have your integration, they will add it shortly after request are made. The team is responsive and eager to help you accomplish your goals.
That said, at first glance the UI looks slightly clunky to me and there may be a bit of a learning curve. That may be unfair as I haven't got to grips with it in depth yet - just a first impression.
Having good customer support is a must when building a quality product with some level of complexity such as SyncSpider. Nice work on the in-depth documentation as well.
For the first time, I felt doubtful as the interphase looks outdated and it is slow. As per their roadmap, I understand that is something that they are working with.
