ClinicSense is designed for independent massage businesses, physical therapists, & occupational therapists. We believe that with the right tools, you can take on the big franchises and win!
Made for all ranges of medical practices, salons and spas, and veterinary clinics.
Ease of use, reliability, very affordable. Our entire team loves this software, especially the SOAP notes and the flexibility they have.
I just found out about the clinical intake, but after using it, I found out it deletes past information which is terrible.
It is amazing that my clients are able to book online with ease. Its very appealing to the eye and easy to navigate when creating schedules and making appointments.
So I am stuck with the email reminders as my only option for now.
The price was fantastic, it was nice with the automated reminder texts, and online booking.
I have some issues with making changes with payments that may have been inputted wrong.
Their customer service and dedication to continually improving their product won my trust from the very beginning. They continue to be reliably responsive.
Signing in every single time and it lags so i don't always have time to wait for it to pop open. The keep me signed in button doesn't appear to work.
Great responsive support and it solves our marketing issues. We love that it connects with our ChiroTouch system and a partner with WebMD.
When I spoke with them regarding services that had not been happening, they passed it off. A large amount of revenue was lost for several months.
I liked the ease of use and the confirmations for appointments. It also is a great reputation builder.
They will send some people a ridiculous amount of reminders and some people none.
We are pleased with the program. It is primarily used to track incoming appointment requests and it does a great job with that.
Customer service & getting charged for services.
This software is easy to use and implement to the staff because it is user friendly. Love the reminder system for the client appointments and ablity to text them.
Poor form for a "professional " company. Professional they definitely are not.
Tanner: My name is Tanner. I'm an account executive, and I would give ClinicSense a five star for sure. And for additional videos like this, check them out below. Prior to ClinicSense, we were just using a mix of tools, primarily Google Calendar, for trying to schedule appointments and trying to write down things like gift cards manually, just on a piece of paper, keeping track of totals and doing email blasts from a free Mailchimp account or something like that. So ClinicSense was great because it combined everything that you need as a massage therapy practice all into one place. You got your email, your gift cards, your services. Everything's right there where you need it. ClinicSense, one of the nice key features is the SOAP notes function. They have a nice 3D anatomical model of the human structure. So that was one of the nice differentiating factors from other massage therapy practice-specific softwares. And the notes are really simple, so when clients come back in, you know exactly what was ailing them the time before versus now. Plus, just being able to have everything all in one place, being able to manage employees as well as their calendars and schedules. And it now has a integration option with Square, so you can tie your services in with your Square portal if that's what you're using to take payments. So it's just a nice all-around software to manage a practice that's pretty lightweight. Getting started with ClinicSense is pretty straightforward. You can have the setup done within a day or an afternoon really, depending on how big your practice is and how many services you want to load in there. But it's a really walkthrough service. As soon as you sign up, they say, "Click here, fill out this, do that," and you're up and running within the day. So you don't really need much support to get it done, but they do have great customer support in general. They're always very responsive if you need any help. So if you are thinking about getting ClinicSense, I would definitely say it's well worth it, especially if you don't need something extremely technically advanced with a lot of options and features. Like I said, it's pretty a lightweight software that gives you everything you need to get your job done. The only thing that they don't have at the moment is extra third-party applications. So if you're using an email service provider like a MailChimp or an ActiveCampaign, or you need to export your data via APIs to other stuff, they don't have that functionality just yet. But those are pretty advanced features that most people don't need.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
