Track-POD vs MotionTools: Which is a better fit?

Easy to track deliveries, easy to manage deliveries and such. As an IT Professional, very good UI, very nice to use and good to get information or fix issues with some of the distribution.

The only negative side we have experienced with the software is the inability to remove a delivery stop on a route once the driver has started their route.

The features are amazing and have great scope to offer more info for the customer as my business expands.

Only to find out I got charged the full 560 Canadian right away for the second user. When I tried to cancel this (my company is still new and we do not need two delivery drivers at this time).

It has been a good experience, the real time ability to find good enroute and have access to proof of delivery documents has increased satisfaction in customer interactions.

We found Integration with our software a bit difficult.

Great & easy to use, very good product for price & will recommend all new courier businesses to use them.

Overly sensitive map scrolling, no historic tracking of drivers speeds etc, can be a little cumbersome & additional drivers are expensive.

Very happy with MT. Super good onboarding experience, really helpful and helped us customize the software to our needs.

Some smaller features missing that are on the roadmap already.

I liked the willingness to help of their support team with all of our needs and the coping for all the bigger projects we asked to implement for.

We did miss the option to have multiple bikes with different capacities. But they are working on it and it should be soon online.

I loved how flexible everyone is at Motiontools, the product is great, managed to scale with us and saved us tons of work.

Everything what we missed was possible to solve with workaround.

What we liked most was the customer-centric approach and the fast and good support.

We had an idea for a feature which unfortunately could not be built in this way.
