Unless you are a computer minded tech brain, it is hard to navigate setups for new clients.

All in all very good product which is super simple and easy to use. They have their knowledge base where we can simply go and find out about all their features.

Did take a few weeks to get our head around moving through the screens and where to find things. But we did skimp on the onboarding sessions, so no fault of theirs.

Bad combination of special transports when going in the same direction.

Some local forwarders didn't work 24 hours and it's difficult to manage shipment from the country that have a different time zone (made some urgent shipment have a delay).

Sometimes the platform crashes when I'm in the middle of an order. Also it's difficult to work on from mobile phone.
