Uploading materials is very user friendly and the contacts are OnBoard are super helpful when we have questions. OnBoard has kept me more organized and is a very useful tool.
For instance, it is difficult for members how to simply print a document. Also, the lagging when typing in some fields is very annoying.
I sincerely appreciate all the help of the wonderful staff as we learned how to use the software.

Cathy: Hi, my name is Cathy and I'm an executive assistant. I give Onboard a rating of three. For more reviews like this, please click below. I looked at a various software before using Onboard. Adobe had a version and a few other versions in the marketplace, and I didn't use them because they're a little too complicated for my audience. We chose onboard because we could include up to 30 of our board members on a site in order to combine all of our board information into one secure place. That worked really well for our board. The onboarding for Onboard with our board members and with our staff was a little tricky. It took a little bit more attention than I expected, and some of our board members are a little bit more senior and needed extra help. I would highly recommend if you use board to try it for 30 days and try it out with a few of your board members that are probably the most challenging to see if it fits their needs. If it fits their needs, it probably will fit the rest of the board's needs.
