From the beginning of researching software companies for my small, but growing, hair bar, I have been so pleased with Mangomint. Their customer care is unmatched.
The price, I don’t like the new Mangomint pay. Online booking gets messed up often as well.

Limited availability to print clients lists, service menu with prices etc…items you need in more ways than just on computer.
I love it each and every thing is always good features are simple and easy to use highly recommend it.
My only complaint is a missing group booking option. The MangoMint team is always updating, improving, and adding features.
This software is super easy to use and the support from the personnel you get on a daily basis is amazing. M a new business owner and they have been so responsive and supportive.
The only thing I don't like is an extra cost for integrated forms.
Ian: My name's Ian. I am a co-owner at Renewal Skin Studio. We have about five employees and I rate Mangomint at a 5. Prior to Mangomint, we were using Square and Acuity, two different softwares that didn't really match together for booking and for payment. Mangomint was able to combine the two. We chose Mangomint because of the style, the ease of being able to embed the booking into our already existing website, and the cost and ease of the POS system for our employees and for our customers. Mangomint was pretty simple to get started. They helped us a lot with importing all our context and our customers over from Square and Acuity. Once we had all the systems in place, it was a snap really. The customer service reps were great with helping us set up and responded quickly with any questions that we had. If you're thinking about switching your software POS platform, you should choose Mangomint. Mangomint has been a really simplified and easy way to get all our customers... Just check out to payroll, to reports, everything is right there and easy to use and access.
